YOUR POST-BABY FITNESS PLAN
LOW IMPACT DAILY WORKOUTS
Core-focused workouts with full body toning are our main focus! Having a baby leaves your body and core in a weakened state - so each workout targets these important areas in 20 minutes or less. All you need is 1 set of dumbbells. I recommend starting with a 5-pound set and working your way up as you get stronger and stronger! All workouts are low impact with zero jumping - very important for moms with weakened cores and pelvic floors.
NEW ON DEMAND WORKOUTS!
Are you one of the 800 women who have purchased and loved our On Demand workouts (with no yelling, no annoying motivational talk, no cheesy music)? Well, we will be filming and releasing 2 new On Demands every single week for our members! These On Demand workouts will have mom-focused exercises timed with motivational music. It's like a workout dance that you'll become obsessed with!
WEEKLY MEAL PLAN AND GROCERY LIST
Save time and mental energy each week with our simple meal plan and grocery list. I will be sharing what I'm eating and buying each week as a breastfeeding mom so you can join me! We never make separate meals for ourselves at dinner - a focus on portion sizes and protein makes eating while losing weight a lot more simple.
MOTIVATION & SUPPORT
Join the categories you are most interested in inside the group - breastfeeding moms, weight loss focus, postpartum moms, etc. We will be providing education, tips, support, and discussions specifically for each category to help you be successful in your post-baby fitness journey!
About Me
Hi! I'm Angela Roller, 33 years old, and I have 2 kids! I had a c-section with my second baby in July and am in the thick of my postpartum fitness journey! I've coached over 600 women in the past 7 years and have helped them lose weight and become the strongest version of themselves! I'm a certified Personal Trainer, Fitness Nutrition Specialist, Weight Loss Specialist, and Behavioral Change Specialist.
My most recent passion has strongly turned to postpartum fitness for obvious reasons. This could mean you're 6 weeks postpartum or 10 years postpartum. Having babies and getting older changes your body, but you are not helpless or incapable of change! You still have muscles, you still have a heart, you still have a digestive system and a metabolism...so let me help you utilize all of these assets to get you feeling better than you ever have - even pre-baby!
